Other than photography, i love baking and i love photographing what i’ve baked. This past Christmas it was like a baking marathon, red velvet cupcakes, chocolate caramel, and many, many attempts at macarons. We baked some for the neighbors, we made them in red, green, white colors, a representation of Christmas colors. Those little guys might look small and easy to make but boy, they sure weren’t easy at all. If anyone’s ever made macarons they know it’s a very precise recipe, if not accurate. Here’s a picture of the macaron taken with a regular point and shoot camera. This was taken up north in San Francisco.
